We ask that you please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Starting your service on time allows you the full relaxing experience you deserve.
Your Welcome Forms, Locker, Spa Robe & Sandals await you upon arrival.
Make the most of your spa experience by relaxing in our “Spa Lounge” before and after your services.
After your DeMay Experience, enjoy a complimentary bottle of water and hydrate often.
Gratuities are not included in the cost of your spa treatment. It is customary to leave a gratuity based on the value of the treatment you receive. Gratuity envelopes are provided at the receptionist desk
In consideration of other guests and our specialists, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations 24 hours in advance for a single treatment, 48 hours notice for multiple treatments.
All treatments must be reserved with a credit card. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the amount for missed appointments or for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with DeMay Spa.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Venmo, DeMay Dollars & DeMay Gift Cards. Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.
If you have any ailments, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities or special health concerns, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. For the safety of the mother-to-be and baby, we are only able to provide massages in the second and third trimesters.
